Hyland has been developing accounts payable (AP) solutions for Workday since 2012. In 2016, Hyland became a Workday Select Alliance Partner and began developing packaged offerings for AP. These packaged solutions, which leverage Hyland’s OnBase and Brainware products, allow users to capture, index, store and manage content faster for more efficient workflows, as well as view content directly through Workday interfaces. In 2018, Hyland’s AP packaged solution became Workday-certified.

Hyland Direct Spend Matching for Workday, an extension of Hyland’s packaged AP automation solution, provides users with visibility into all procurement documents within Workday and automates related accruals and accounting. Originally designed for retail, hospitality and other product-based industries with direct spend invoices, this value-add solution supports complex three-way matching scenarios across one or multiple ERPs and point solutions. The solution enables customers to easily integrate high volumes of procurement documents from any source and in any format into Workday workflows.
