Hyland Nuxeo

The latest release for Nuxeo empowers you to simplify your content management systems, enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance and deliver a more inclusive user experience, all while preparing for future innovation and scalability. Release details include: 

• Enhanced administration experience in Connect: Centralized account management streamlines operations, improves navigation and boosts productivity for support and customer service teams. 

• Nuxeo retention on Microsoft Azure: Extends policy-driven data life cycle management to Azure, ensuring consistent governance and regulatory compliance in the cloud. 

• Nuxeo Admin Console — Streams Feature: Provides administrators with greater transparency and control over real-time data operations, which improves troubleshooting and data management. 

• Nuxeo WebUI — EAA Accessibility Compliance: Aligns with WCAG 2.1 AA standards, ensuring accessibility for all users and meeting public sector procurement requirements. 

The latest release of Hyland IDP enhances the configuration experience and introduces new reporting and analytics features. This enables customers to accelerate solution development, meet regulatory requirements and support continued operational improvement. Other updates include: 

• An enhanced prompt-based configuration experience provides AI-powered classification suggestions, accelerated processing and expanded support for file types and OCR engines.   

• A new reporting module provides comprehensive insights into document processing trends, accuracy metrics, user performance and other metrics. 

The latest release of Hyland Automate simplifies agentic process automation, helps improve information security and compliance, and enables smarter forms, so you can better harness the power of AI while reducing risk, improving customer experience and accelerating time to value. Notable enhancements include: 

• Users can now create AI agents via natural language prompts and add them to processes during design, making agentic automation easier than ever.  

• Sensitive and private data in documents can now be automatically redacted during process execution to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.  

• New customizable, dynamic form elements simplify form building and improve customer experience. 

With the latest release to Alfresco, Hyland continues to improve user experience and accessibility, enhance security and authentication, and deliver more powerful developer tools. Customers can now: 

• Create more engaging, productive Alfresco user experiences while adding new accessibility support. 

• Strengthen security by supporting enterprise identity directories, modern authorization flows and best practices. 

• Improve support for solution builders and developers with a cleaner, more secure SDK foundation.  

With this release, Content Federation Service is now available in Hyland Content Innovation Cloud™. This enables Content Innovation Cloud solutions to interact with your data (both structured and unstructured) across multiple repositories and networks, regardless of the vendors or how they are deployed.  

Content Federation Services can connect Hyland OnBase (either on-premises or in the Hyland Cloud), Alfresco, Nuxeo and/or SharePoint 365 to the Content Innovation Cloud. Details of these enhancements include the ability to: 

• Seamlessly connect Content Innovation Cloud solutions using secure, custom and industry-standard connectors. 

• Connect without migrating, meaning there’s no need to move or migrate your existing repositories. 

• Connect on-premises data to cloud-native AI solutions without compromising security or compliance. 

• Add an extra layer of access control to secure protected connections to both on-premises and cloud repositories. 

This release of Hyland for SAP SuccessFactors integrates with Content Innovation Cloud to deliver embedded document access, search capability and management tools within SuccessFactors Employee Central, transforming HR content into an AI-ready foundation for automation, governance and insight. Features of the release include: 

• Cloud-native integration exposes content management capabilities directly within Employee Central, so you don't have to jump from system to system, and you can capture, view, search and manage employee content alongside employee records. 

• Content Innovation Cloud-native architecture ensures deployments are fast, new features/enhancements are delivered without painful upgrades and scalability is immense. 

• Secure content management through a centralized storage model with access controls, audit trails and retention policies. 

• Your content is AI-ready because it arrives structured and data-optimized for automation, governance and insight generation. 

• Simple extension and integration with Hyland’s other Content Innovation Cloud solutions, such as Hyland IDP, Hyland Governance, Hyland Knowledge Discovery and Hyland Knowledge Enrichment.
