Highlights of the Knowledge Discovery release include:

• Ability for administrators to provide additional context, definitions and instructions to Knowledge Discovery agents for a more refined end user experience and improved AI-generated output

• Customizable guardrails for you to tune how the AI responds and generates information, ensuring compliance, reducing risk, improving trust and adoption, and supporting flexibility across teams and industries

Hyland Knowledge Enrichment enhancements

Knowledge Enrichment transforms unstructured enterprise content into structured, AI-ready data. Designed to support AI agents, analytics and automation, Knowledge Enrichment curates and enriches content from the start, making it easier to search, analyze and act on information.

This release enables:

• The ability to identify and mask sensitive information (for example: names, emails, addresses, social security numbers, account numbers, etc.) across 600-plus supported file types

• Configurable policies that allow developers to decide what to mask, redact or preserve for downstream AI and analytics use

• Healthcare customers to process and enrich HL7 healthcare messages, unlocking the ability to extract structured meaning, apply metadata and integrate healthcare data into AI-driven workflows

• Knowledge Enrichment to better support healthcare products that rely on interoperability and compliance

Hyland Automate enhancements

The latest release of Hyland Automate enhances AI-powered configuration, enabling you to use natural language prompts to modify processes and build forms. This helps reduce the time and effort required for solution design.

TThese enhancements include the ability for users to modify processes using natural language prompts, which allows them to easily make refinements and meet business needs. Additionally, Forms design now supports prompt-based form rules creation, further accelerating form-building and configuration.

Hyland IDP enhancements

The latest release of Hyland IDP in the Content Innovation Cloud enables you to extract more value from your documents and accelerate solution configuration.

New features include a reasoning option during configuration that allows adding fields for extraction of information not explicitly contained in the document. Additionally, document class configuration now supports class hierarchies, enabling field inheritance and allowing related documents to be combined for more streamlined processing and agentic reasoning.

Hyland Nuxeo LTS2025 V3

Nuxeo LTS2025 V3 delivers smarter content management with cognitive search for faster discovery, cloud-native retention to meet strict compliance and high-speed bulk uploads that accelerate onboarding.
